What a completed record should tell you

Prioritize defects by occupant impact and risk. Assign specialist inspections where a qualified contractor or regulated procedure is required.

For each step, record the observation, accountable person and date. A checked box without a usable observation will not explain what happened at the next handoff.

Choose your service interval

Use the equipment manual, actual operating conditions and your maintenance history to set frequency. The workspace supports calendar and meter schedules; this checklist does not prescribe a universal interval.

Make it a repeatable workflow

Install the edited steps as a versioned procedure. Existing work orders keep their own step snapshot, so later procedure changes do not rewrite the history of completed work.
