Enter total and good units. Good units cannot exceed the total and running time cannot exceed planned time. Produced units require recorded running time.

Availability uses running time divided by planned time. Performance compares ideal production time with actual running time. Quality uses good units divided by total units. The resulting OEE reflects effective good output over planned time.

Save the run and filter its history. The summary combines effective good-production time over planned time across all filtered runs, excluding voids. Export a displayed page or every workspace production record. Void mistakes with a reason and retain the original evidence.
Use this workflow when you can supply production time and count records and want the result close to equipment and maintenance history. Review changes in each factor before deciding which maintenance or operating action to take.
Performance above 100% is flagged for review and is not silently capped. With no production, quality is unavailable and OEE is zero. OEE is different from MTBF and MTTR. Automatic machine data collection and production-system connectors are not included in this manual-record workflow.
